Between two decades in the creative industry as Art Director for the likes of Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi, running a hotel and a Michelin-star restaurant in Cornwall, and even becoming a UEFA-licensed football coach in London, I have a distinct mix of experiences and failures and lessons and triumphs that inform my thinking.
