Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. This privacy policy explains how I, Thad Cox, collect and use personal information when you visit my website, download one of my resources or subscribe to my emails.
What information I collect
If you subscribe to my emails or request a guide or resource, I may collect your name and email address. I may also receive basic information about how you interact with my emails, such as whether an email has been delivered, opened or a link has been clicked.
How I use your information
I use your information to send you resources you have requested and emails about branding, creativity, customer experience and my work. I may occasionally also tell you about relevant workshops, events, services or other things I think may be useful. I will not sell your personal information to anybody.
Email marketing
I only send marketing emails where I have an appropriate lawful basis to do so. Where you have subscribed to my email list, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
MailerLite
I use MailerLite to manage my email subscribers and send emails. This means your name, email address and information about how you interact with my emails may be processed by MailerLite on my behalf. MailerLite has its own privacy and data-protection arrangements governing how it processes this information.
How long I keep your information
I keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed or while I have a legitimate reason to retain it. If you unsubscribe, I will stop sending you marketing emails. Some information may be retained where necessary to ensure your opt-out is respected or to meet legal requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights relating to the personal information I hold about you, including the right to access, correct or ask me to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. If you have any questions about how your information is used, please contact me at: thad@thadcox.co.uk
You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissionerβs Office if you believe your information has been handled incorrectly.
Changes to this policy
I may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page.
